Our shipping rates vary based on the type of art piece you order (unframed or framed) and the final destination of the order. We strive to provide our collectors with low shipping costs for all orders.
Unframed 11” x 14” art prints are shipped in a fitted plastic sleeve inside a rigid mailer, while all other art prints are carefully rolled and placed in a heavy, reinforced tube for protection. Our frames are shipped in a reinforced cardboard box with secured corners and bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. We take great care to ensure that all art prints are shipped safely.
No, a signature is not required unless specifically requested.
Yes, we do offer international shipping on unframed art prints. Please make sure to provide a phone number and email address when placing your order to ensure the best service.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. The certificate includes information about the Artwork, such as the title, dimensions, materials, and edition series details. It is important to keep your certificate as it can help to increase the future value of the work by providing provenance and context for the acquisition of the piece.

The Art print is also numbered on the bottom left side of the print, below the image. Each Art print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the title, dimensions, materials, and edition series details.

Yes, we offer framing options through a third-party framing partner. We offer three framing finishes: matte white, black, or natural maple wood. Each frame comes with UV-blocking acrylic glass, heat-activated foam board backing, and either braided picture wire and nail for the 11x14" and 16x24" sizes or wall buddies and heavy nails for the 24x36", 30x45", and 36x54" sizes. Our frames are custom made to order with high-quality materials. They include UV-shielding plexiglass, archival acid-free foam core backing, a paperback finish, an attached certificate of authenticity, and a hanging hardware kit.
We use a low-profile style frame that is 3/4” wide (with the exception of the 36x54” frame, which has a 1” wide face). We offer multiple frame sizes to fit your space and recommend carefully measuring the area where you plan to display the print. The dimensions for the artwork, based on the paper size and frame size, are listed within each product on our website.
To avoid damaging the acrylic surface, do not use glass sprays or dry cloths. Handle the frame gently and infrequently, making sure to wash your hands before handling it. Avoid touching the print directly and support the back of the print with both hands to prevent bending. To remove dust and particles, use compressed air, a feather duster, or a damp cloth. Keep the print out of excessively moist or hot environments and avoid hanging it in direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
Due to the custom nature of our Art prints and frames, all sales are final and we have a no return, no refund policy. If you received the wrong Art print or if your order was damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number within five days of receiving the product at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
A limited edition Art print is a collectible piece of Art that is part of a limited run, numbered and signed by Kimberly Genevieve. When an edition is sold out, it is no longer available to purchase. Kimberly Genevieve signs and numbers each limited-edition print (on the bottom right side of the print, below the image) and it comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
We currently offer five sizes per image as limited editions (11”x14”, 16” x 24”, 24” x 36”, 30” x 45”, and 36” x 54”). Prices for limited editions increase as the edition runs low. Once an edition is sold out, it is closed permanently and will not be available again.

Your first payment, which is 25% of the total purchase price, is due at checkout. The remaining three payments will be automatically billed every two weeks from the first payment date.
